Allowances are counted per provider and reset at the start of each billing period. Unused minutes do not roll over.
The actual length of the audio we transcribe for you — measured from the recording itself, not from how long the app was open. Time spent reviewing, editing or generating notes from an existing transcript does not count.
Recording is paused until your allowance resets at the start of the next billing period, or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and every note and transcript you have already created stays available. If you are mid-visit when you hit the limit, that visit is allowed to finish.
Every AI voice call ends automatically after 10 minutes. Patient intake and follow-up check-ins are designed to be short, and a hard stop keeps a stuck or forgotten call from quietly consuming your monthly allowance. The assistant wraps the conversation up before the cut-off rather than dropping mid-sentence.
Per provider. Free and Pro cover a single clinician; Clinic includes five providers; Enterprise is scoped to your organisation. Allowances are counted per provider, so one busy clinician cannot consume a colleague’s minutes.
