WhisperFlow is an ambient AI medical scribe that listens to a patient encounter and, from a single recording, produces a structured SOAP note, real-time ICD-10 and CPT codes, a billing-ready superbill, clinical decision support at the point of care, and AI-drafted replies to patient in-basket messages. It runs in the browser and in a Chrome extension that overlays any EHR.

A clinician starts a recording from the web app or the Chrome extension. WhisperFlow transcribes the conversation in real time using medical-tuned speech recognition, then a large language model turns the transcript into a specialty-specific SOAP note using the clinician’s chosen template. During the same encounter it assigns ICD-10 and CPT codes, flags CDI opportunities, and surfaces evidence-based clinical decision support. The finished note can be copied, pasted, or auto-filled into any EHR field.
